What does this H-1B sponsor list show?

Before an employer can petition for an H-1B worker, the U.S. Department of Labor must certify a Labor Condition Application (LCA) for the job. This list counts 493,658 certified H-1B LCAs filed by 57,713 employers in the FY2026 Q3 DOL release window. A filing shows a company has sponsored or planned to sponsor H-1B workers in a role; it is not a job opening.

Frequently asked questions

What is an LCA?
A Labor Condition Application is a form an employer files with the U.S. Department of Labor before it petitions U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for an H-1B, H-1B1 or E-3 worker. On it, the employer states the job, the worksite and the wage it will pay, and attests it will pay at least the prevailing wage.
Does a company on this list sponsor every job?
No. A certified LCA shows the company filed to employ an H-1B worker in that role. Whether a specific opening is open to visa sponsorship is up to the employer, so ask the recruiter early.
How current is this data?
It comes from the FY2026 Q3 release of the Department of Labor disclosure data and covers the 12 months that release ends with. The figures are updated after each quarterly release.
Are the wages salaries?
They are the wages employers stated on full-time filings (the lower end of the stated range, as a yearly amount). Actual pay can be higher, and bonuses or equity are not included.

  • Counts are Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) with case status Certified and visa class H-1B, decided in the 12-month window above. Cases certified and later withdrawn, denied cases and withdrawn cases are listed separately.
  • Employers are grouped by their filed legal name after removing punctuation and legal forms such as Inc. or LLC, so related companies that file under different legal names (for example a parent and a subsidiary) appear separately.
  • Wages are the lower end of the wage range the employer stated on full-time LCAs, converted to a yearly amount. They are offered wages on a filing, not salary data, and actual pay can differ.
  • DOL may revise individual records in later releases. Ruubu republishes the figures after each quarterly release.
