Go to Settings, where the Profile tab holds your name, phone, country and company, and the Account tab handles login details. Billing address and tax ID live under Billing for your invoices. Changes save immediately.

Yes. Export everything you have created as JSON from the Privacy tab in Settings, and delete your account and all associated data from the same place at any time. Raw LinkedIn profile data is deleted automatically after 30 days regardless. We do not sell your data.

Never. The analysis is read-only: we do not connect to your account, we do not post, and we do not message anyone on your behalf. We can only read public profiles, so if yours is private, set it public for a few minutes to run the analysis, then switch it back.

Full refund within 7 days as long as you have not exported a finished deliverable. Once you download a resume, cover letter or report, that digital item is delivered and non-refundable. If you have not exported anything yet, email [email protected] for a full refund.

In one click from Settings, then Billing, through the Stripe customer portal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.

Stripe emails a receipt and invoice for every charge, and you can download them anytime from the billing portal. The charge on your statement comes through Stripe under Ruubu. If a payment fails, update your card in the billing portal and we will retry.

Most reports finish in a couple of minutes; if one looks stuck, refresh the page first, since the result often arrives in the background. If it is still stuck after a few minutes, it usually means the LinkedIn profile is private or the source data was incomplete, so set the profile public and re-run. If it persists, email [email protected] and we will fix it, with no quota lost.

Try a hard refresh and a different browser tab first, since most export hiccups are transient. Clear your cache if a stale page keeps loading. If a download still fails, contact [email protected] with the resume name and we will regenerate the file for you.

Yes. All 17 templates are built on recruiter and ATS best practices with clean, parseable structure, and accent colors or template switches never break that. Your data is private, never sold, and deletable anytime; raw profile data auto-deletes after 30 days. The free analysis is read-only and touches nothing on your LinkedIn account.
