Terms of Service

Ruubu analyzes the LinkedIn profile you submit, generates resume drafts and suggestions, and surfaces job postings scored against your profile. Results are recommendations, not guarantees — we do not and cannot promise interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

• Only analyze your own profile. Analyzing someone else's profile without authorization is prohibited.
• You represent and warrant that, for each profile you submit, you are the owner of that profile or are otherwise authorized to have it analyzed. You are solely responsible for the profiles you submit and for your use of the results.
• You acknowledge that Ruubu retrieves the public profile data only at your direction and on your behalf — you initiate each analysis and instruct us to fetch the data for that profile.
• You are solely responsible for complying with any third-party terms that apply to the data you submit, including LinkedIn's User Agreement and any applicable laws.
• You confirm the information in your profile and resume is truthful. The product never invents numbers for you, and you should not either.
• Don't abuse the service (automated scraping of our product, resale, or attempts to circumvent plan limits).

Starter is a one-time $9.99 payment opening 30 days of full access; it never auto-renews. Pro is a $29.99 monthly subscription you can cancel anytime from the billing portal, effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Your profile data and the resumes generated from it are yours. We claim no ownership and use them only to provide the service.

Ruubu is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe what the service does.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruubu and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the profiles you submit, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you were not authorized to analyze a profile you submitted.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
