Ruubu analyzes the LinkedIn profile you submit, generates resume drafts and suggestions, and surfaces job postings scored against your profile. Results are recommendations, not guarantees — we do not and cannot promise interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.
Starter ($9.99/month) and Pro ($29.99/month) are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel either plan anytime from the billing portal in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future charges. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
Your profile data and the resumes generated from it are yours. We claim no ownership and use them only to provide the service.
Ruubu is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to describe what the service does.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ruubu and its operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the profiles you submit, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms — including any claim that you were not authorized to analyze a profile you submitted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruubu disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, suggestions, or generated content will produce any particular result, including interviews, offers, or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruubu and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This cap applies in full to free-tier ($0) users, for whom the applicable amount paid is zero, so liability is limited to US$100.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. If your account is closed or terminated, you have a 30-day window during which you can export your data before it is permanently deleted; after that period, your content is removed in line with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute-resolution section below, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Most concerns can be resolved quickly — please contact us first at [email protected]. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. You and Ruubu agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
