Cancellation and Refund Policy

Both plans are monthly subscriptions that renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments that have been charged are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

When you are eligible, the Resume Pass starts with a free trial (one per person and per card). Nothing is charged during the trial, and it becomes the monthly subscription on the date shown at checkout unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged and you keep access until the trial ends. After a charge, cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. Months already charged are not refunded.

Open Settings → Billing and choose Manage subscription. You can cancel there yourself through Stripe's secure customer portal, without contacting us. If something doesn't work, email support@ruubu.com from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.

If you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period or after your cancellation took effect, email support@ruubu.com and we'll put it right, including a refund of the incorrect charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Ruubu is a digital service you can use right away. At checkout you ask for immediate access, which under EU and UK consumer law means the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content and services ends once the service begins. Where your local law gives you rights that cannot be excluded, for example if the service is faulty, those rights apply and nothing in this policy limits them.
