About us
About Ruubu
Ruubu helps you get answers to your job applications. For each job you apply to, it prepares the application: a resume shaped to the posting, a cover letter for that company and interview prep for that role. You can start with a free check of the resume you have now.
What is Ruubu?
Ruubu is an online tool that prepares each job application for the job it is meant for. It checks your resume for free, reshapes it in the posting's own terms, writes a matching cover letter and gets you ready for the interview. It works from what you have actually done and never adds experience you do not have.
| Part of the application | What Ruubu does |
|---|---|
| Free resume check | A score out of 100 from 14 checks, with a list of what to fix in the resume you have now. |
| Resume tailored to the job | Your experience reordered and reworded for one posting, keeping every fact true. |
| Cover letter | A letter for this company and this role, written from your resume and the job ad, ready to edit. |
| Interview prep | The questions this role is likely to ask, with answer outlines drawn from your own experience. |
| Languages | The site works in 6 languages, and you can translate a resume into 15 languages for applications abroad. |
How we work
A few rules we hold ourselves to. They shape the product, this website and how we bill you.
No invented facts in AI output
When AI rewrites, tailors or translates your resume, or writes a cover letter or interview answers, it works only from what you gave it. A check runs on every rewrite and removes any percentage, money amount or multiplier that is not in your own text. Read every draft before you send it: you know your career better than any model.
No fake reviews
We do not publish testimonials, star ratings, user counts or logo walls. Where we describe Ruubu, the numbers come from the product itself, and where we describe other tools, we link to their own pages.
A reminder before a trial ends
If you start a free trial of Resume Pass, we email you before it ends, so a renewal never comes as a surprise.
Cancel in one click
You can cancel in Settings in one click. No call and no chat needed.
Refund within 7 days
If Ruubu is not right for you, you get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. The refund policy explains how.
Your data
Your resume describes your working life. We treat it that way.
- We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
- Resume text you paste into the free checker is deleted after 7 days, unless you open it in the editor to keep working on it.
- You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Everything in it is then removed within 30 days.
