Which job sites does Ruubu search in the US?
Ruubu searches LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor for jobs in the United States. Many US employers post the same opening on several of these sites, so we merge duplicates into one listing that names every site it was found on, then rank the list by fit with your resume.

From each site we read up to 50 recent listings for your target role (up to 20 from InfoJobs): title, company, location, pay when the listing states it, the posting date and the link. You always apply on the original site.
Site names belong to their owners. Ruubu is not affiliated with these sites and does not show their logos.
How matching works
You set the role and place
Add your target job titles and locations in Settings. The location tells us which country's sites to search.
We search each site
Each site gets the same search. The same opening posted on two sites becomes one listing that shows both names.
We score every listing
Each listing is read requirement by requirement and compared with your resume. Must-have requirements weigh the most, and the score is calculated in code.
You see the best 20
The strongest matches come first, 10 per page, each with a short reason it matches and the skills it asks for that your resume does not show.
Searching for jobs in the US
- Add a city or metro area as your location (for example Austin, TX). A state or the whole country gives a much broader, less relevant list.
- Set your work preference to remote if you only want remote roles. Listings that say remote are marked on each match.
- US employers expect a resume without a photo, date of birth or marital status. The resume format guide explains the rest.

What we do not do
- No made-up or placeholder listings: every match links to a real posting on the site it came from.
- No padding: listings that fit your resume poorly are hidden, so a short list means few strong fits.
- No guessed pay: we show a salary only when the listing states one.
- If a site does not respond, we tell you which one and show results from the others.
- We do not apply for you or contact employers. You decide where to apply.

Questions about job matches here
Can I search only remote jobs in the US?
Yes. Set your work preference to remote in Settings. We pass that filter to the sites that support it and mark every listing that says it is remote.
Why do some US listings show pay and others do not?
We only show pay that the listing itself states. Many listings give no pay at all, and we never fill the gap with an estimate.
Which plan includes job matches?

What does the fit score mean?
It is a 0 to 100 estimate of how well your resume covers the listing's requirements. A missing must-have requirement keeps the score low even when the rest fits, so a high score means the core of the job is covered.
