Which job sites does Ruubu search in the UK?
Ruubu searches LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor for jobs in the United Kingdom. The same vacancy often appears on more than one site, so we keep one copy that shows every site it came from and rank the list by how well it fits your CV.

From each site we read up to 50 recent listings for your target role (up to 20 from InfoJobs): title, company, location, pay when the listing states it, the posting date and the link. You always apply on the original site.
Site names belong to their owners. Ruubu is not affiliated with these sites and does not show their logos.
How matching works
You set the role and place
Add your target job titles and locations in Settings. The location tells us which country's sites to search.
We search each site
Each site gets the same search. The same opening posted on two sites becomes one listing that shows both names.
We score every listing
Each listing is read requirement by requirement and compared with your resume. Must-have requirements weigh the most, and the score is calculated in code.
You see the best 20
The strongest matches come first, 10 per page, each with a short reason it matches and the skills it asks for that your resume does not show.
Searching for jobs in the UK
- Use a town or city as your location (for example Manchester). Searching the whole UK returns a broad mix that is harder to rank.
- When a UK listing states a salary band, it appears on the match exactly as written.

What we do not do
- No made-up or placeholder listings: every match links to a real posting on the site it came from.
- No padding: listings that fit your resume poorly are hidden, so a short list means few strong fits.
- No guessed pay: we show a salary only when the listing states one.
- If a site does not respond, we tell you which one and show results from the others.
- We do not apply for you or contact employers. You decide where to apply.

Does Ruubu use my CV or my LinkedIn profile for matching?
It uses your resume in Ruubu, which you can build from your LinkedIn profile or an uploaded CV. Keep it up to date so the scores reflect your current experience.
Will I see recruitment agency listings?
Yes, when the sites list them. Agency listings often name the client only vaguely, so the company shown may be the agency rather than the employer.
Which plan includes job matches?

What does the fit score mean?
It is a 0 to 100 estimate of how well your resume covers the listing's requirements. A missing must-have requirement keeps the score low even when the rest fits, so a high score means the core of the job is covered.
