Which job sites does Ruubu search in Australia?
Ruubu searches SEEK, LinkedIn and Indeed for jobs in Australia, and the same three for New Zealand. SEEK is searched first because it is the most local of the three. Duplicates across the sites become one listing that names every site it was found on.

We search each site
Each site gets the same search. The same opening posted on two sites becomes one listing that shows both names.
We score every listing
Each listing is read requirement by requirement and compared with your resume. Must-have requirements weigh the most, and the score is calculated in code.
You see the best 20
The strongest matches come first, 10 per page, each with a short reason it matches and the skills it asks for that your resume does not show.
Searching for jobs in Australia and New Zealand
- Use a city as your location (for example Melbourne or Auckland). The country is detected from it, so New Zealand cities get the New Zealand sites.
- SEEK listings often state pay as written by the employer, such as a daily rate. We show it exactly as given.
- Australian employers expect a resume of two to three pages without a photo. The resume format guide explains the rest.

What we do not do

- No padding: listings that fit your resume poorly are hidden, so a short list means few strong fits.
- No guessed pay: we show a salary only when the listing states one.

Yes. Use a New Zealand city or the country as your location and Ruubu searches the New Zealand versions of SEEK, LinkedIn and Indeed.
Can Ruubu tell me if a job sponsors visas?
Only when the listing says so in its text. We do not guess sponsorship, so check the listing and the employer before you apply.

What does the fit score mean?
It is a 0 to 100 estimate of how well your resume covers the listing's requirements. A missing must-have requirement keeps the score low even when the rest fits, so a high score means the core of the job is covered.
