Which job sites does Ruubu search in India?
Ruubu searches Naukri and LinkedIn for jobs in India. Naukri is an Indian job portal whose listings often name the key skills and the experience range, which helps the match. Duplicates across the two sites are merged into one listing that shows both names.

From each site we read up to 50 recent listings for your target role (up to 20 from InfoJobs): title, company, location, pay when the listing states it, the posting date and the link. You always apply on the original site.

We score every listing
Each listing is read requirement by requirement and compared with your resume. Must-have requirements weigh the most, and the score is calculated in code.
You see the best 20
The strongest matches come first, 10 per page, each with a short reason it matches and the skills it asks for that your resume does not show.
Searching for jobs in India
- Use a city as your location (for example Bengaluru, Pune or Gurugram). Both Bengaluru and Bangalore are recognised.
- Many Naukri listings say the salary is not disclosed. We show pay only when the listing states it.
- Indian employers may expect your notice period and current location on the resume. The resume format guide covers the details.

What we do not do
- No made-up or placeholder listings: every match links to a real posting on the site it came from.
- No padding: listings that fit your resume poorly are hidden, so a short list means few strong fits.

Does Ruubu use the experience range in Naukri listings?
Yes. The required years of experience are part of the listing's requirements, so a range above your experience lowers the score and is shown as a gap.
Why is Indeed not searched for India?
For India we search Naukri and LinkedIn. The site list for each country can change as we add and test sources, and this page always shows the current one.

What does the fit score mean?
