Gauge resume template
Gauge keeps the story on the left and the facts on the right. Skills you rate in the editor get a five-segment meter with the level written beside it, languages get a bar, and contact details, education and certifications sit in a lightly tinted column. A rounded square photo next to your name is optional.
Free to edit and download. Have a resume already? Check it first, then open it in Gauge without retyping.

Is the Gauge template ATS-friendly?
Two columns with graphic meters, so some applicant tracking systems may misread it. Every level is also printed as a word next to its meter. For portal applications, ATS Plain is safer.
Bolder layouts like this can be misread by some applicant tracking systems. If you apply through a job portal, switch to ATS Plain or another single-column layout; your content moves over unchanged.

Where do the skill levels come from?
From the level you pick next to a skill in the editor (Expert, Advanced, Proficient, Intermediate or Beginner). Skills without a level show as tags.
Do I have to rate my skills?
No. Without levels the skills appear as a tidy list of tags.
