Is the Duet template ATS-friendly?
Two columns with skill bars, so some applicant tracking systems may read sections out of order. The main content comes first in the file, and levels are printed as words. Use ATS Plain for strict job portals.
Bolder layouts like this can be misread by some applicant tracking systems. If you apply through a job portal, switch to ATS Plain or another single-column layout; your content moves over unchanged.
