Hiration alternative: one posting, a complete application
Hiration is an AI resume builder with a live resume score, a job description matcher and an interview question library in the same plan. Ruubu covers tailoring, cover letters and interview prep for each job, plus translation. Here is where each one is stronger.
Ruubu is our product, so read this with that in mind. Every statement about Hiration links to a public source, listed at the end of the page. We are not affiliated with Hiration.
Is Ruubu a good Hiration alternative?
Partly. Hiration's yearly plan ($99.99) is cheap over a long search and includes interview answer practice. Ruubu suits you if you want a free score and fix list before paying, cover letters and translation, and monthly billing at $7.99/mo instead of $24.99.
Sources for each claim are numbered in the tables below.
What Hiration offers
Hiration's price page lists three paid periods: $24.99 a month, $49.99 every 3 months and $99.99 every 12 months. The yearly plan includes one expert manual resume review. Its terms say payments renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.
The free plan is narrow: one basic template, five downloads in DOC format, a basic review and an AI review, and a little interview practice. Paid plans add 30 resume templates, unlimited downloads, the AI assistant and the Job Resume Matcher, which scores a resume against a pasted job description and lists what to add.
Hiration's interview preparation is a real strength: a library of questions and answers for up to five profiles, with AI evaluation of your answers on paid plans. You can also add a profile picture to any design, per its FAQ.
Its legal pages are less tidy. The price page offers a full refund within 3 days on every paid plan, while the terms say fees already paid are not refunded when you cancel early. The terms name Arise Careers, Inc. as the operator; the refund page names Hiration Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd.[1][2][3][4]

Why people switch to Ruubu
Check before you pay
The free checker scores your resume out of 100 on 14 fixed rules, with no account, and lists each fix. Hiration's free plan allows five downloads in DOC format.
Run the free checkOne posting, a complete application
Paste a job link and Ruubu shows which requirements your resume already proves and which it misses. Fix them in the editor, get a tailored copy on Pro, and write the cover letter and interview prep for the same job. Hiration's matcher scores the fit; Ruubu also writes the cover letter for that posting.
Try it with a job linkTranslation into 15 languages
Translate a finished resume with its layout intact, for applications abroad. The site, checker and editor also work in 6 languages. Hiration lists no translation on the pages we read.
See resume translationBilling you can predict
The Resume Pass starts with a 7-day free trial, and we email you before the trial ends. Ruubu bills once a month ($7.99/mo for the Resume Pass), you cancel in one click in Settings, and your first payment is refundable in full for 7 days. Hiration's price page and terms describe refunds differently.

How to move from Hiration to Ruubu
- 1.Download your resume from Hiration as a PDF (all designs) or a Word file (one black-and-white design, per its FAQ).
- 2.Upload the file (PDF, DOCX or TXT) to Ruubu's free checker. You get a score and a fix list right away, without an account.
- 3.Create a free account to open the resume in the editor, pick a template and work through the fixes; the score updates as you edit.
