Novoresume alternative: help with each application, not only the design
Novoresume is known for clean designs and a pay-once model with no automatic renewal. Ruubu is a monthly plan that prepares each application: a free check, tailoring help, cover letters, interview prep and translation. Both approaches are fair; here is the difference.

Is Ruubu a good Novoresume alternative?
It depends on how you like to pay. Novoresume charges once (€21.99 for a month, no renewal), which is safer if you forget subscriptions. Ruubu costs $7.99/mo a month, cancels in one click and adds interview prep and real translation, which Novoresume does not list. Its free plan is also not limited to one page.

What Novoresume offers
Novoresume's Premium is paid once for a fixed period: €21.99 for one month, €49.99 for a quarter or €189.99 for a year, as shown to us in euros. The price page says there is no automatic subscription, and its help center adds that it does not store card details.
The free Basic plan gives a single version of a one-page resume with predefined layouts and no cover letter. The help center also says Basic downloads are open for a limited free period after you create or revisit an account, which does not match the word unlimited on the price page.
Novoresume's AI tools include an ATS check, a resume job matcher and a rewriter, with two uses a month on free and ten on Premium. Premium lets you keep documents in several languages, written separately; it does not translate them.[1][2][3][4]

How to move from Novoresume to Ruubu
- 1.Download your resume from Novoresume as a PDF while your Premium period is active (or within the Basic download window).
- 2.Upload the file (PDF, DOCX or TXT) to Ruubu's free checker. You get a score and a fix list right away, without an account.
- 3.Create a free account to open the resume in the editor, pick a template and work through the fixes; the score updates as you edit.
- 4.Paste the link of the job you want next. Ruubu lists the requirements your resume does not show yet, so you know what to change for that posting.
