How we research and edit articles

Ruubu Editorial is the byline for guides written and edited by the people who build Ruubu, an independent team. We are not recruiters or certified career coaches, and we do not present ourselves as either.

Each article starts from a question job seekers ask: how to format a resume, what an applicant tracking system does with a PDF, how to answer "tell me about yourself". Some drafts are written by hand. Others start as an AI draft that has to follow our editorial rules, which forbid invented statistics, survey results and quotes. Drafts are checked for structure and broken links, then saved as drafts rather than published, and a person on the team reads, edits and publishes them.

When an article describes what the resume checker looks at, the details come from the product itself. We update articles when advice changes or when a reader points out a mistake. You can reach us through the contact page.
